3. School leadership team attends two online pre-workshop meetings with Tenet Leadership coaches to review and customize data; 
4. School board and leadership team attend the Zoom workshop, write student outcome goals, and learn about House Bill 3; 
5. Tenet Leadership provides TEA education certificates to all participants.
